Alazne Collection Returns and Exchanges Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and exchanges. 1. Return and exchange is only applicable for domestic order only. For International order, not applicable at this time. 2. Return and exchange eligible only when you received a defective/ damaged item or received the wrong item 3. You have 14 days to initiate return or exchange upon receiving your order 4. All items must be in the same condition as when you received them unused, unwashed with labels and tags intact and in their original packaging. 5. Photo and Video proof and description of issue must be provided for complaints 6. Valid receipts must be provided for a return or exchange to be accepted 7. Sale items are not exchangeable/returnable. 9. Accessories for health and hygiene reasons are non-returnable items 10. All return shipping/delivery cost to be borne by customer. 11. Returns and exchanges can only occur once. 12. Refund will be in the form of voucher

Return Process: 1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email or phone number] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. 2. Pack the items securely and include the RA number on the package. 3. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. 4. Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund or exchange within X business days. |
